Adolfo Dindo Abueg
Senior Managing Partner
Dindo is a seasoned energy transition and sustainable infrastructure leader with over 30 years of international experience spanning project development, strategic partnerships, infrastructure finance, and complex transaction execution across the Asia-Pacific region. His expertise includes project origination, commercial structuring, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of strategic partnerships across renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), distributed energy resources (DER), transportation, digital infrastructure, electric mobility, and public-private partnerships (PPP).
Before founding Abacap Infrastructure, Dindo held senior leadership positions with Korea Development Bank, Natixis, WestLB, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas. As Head of Project Finance for Asia-Pacific at KDB, he established the bank's international project finance practice and led the origination and execution of approximately US$50 billion of energy and infrastructure transactions. Throughout his career, he has received multiple international "Deal of the Year" awards for landmark transactions.
As Senior Managing Partner of Abacap Infrastructure, Dindo leads the firm's vision of building an Asia-focused energy transition and sustainable infrastructure development platform. He works with project developers, strategic partners, technology companies, infrastructure investors, and public-sector stakeholders to originate opportunities, build strategic partnerships, support project development, and advance sustainable infrastructure across the region.
Dindo holds a Master's degree from Yale University and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, where he shares insights on energy transition, sustainable infrastructure, and infrastructure development across Asia.
Chan Hang Meng

Hang Meng has over 28 years experience in Asia Pacific markets, currently active across Southeast Asia ranging across cross-border M&A and privatisations, private equity, fund management and project development with more than U$2 billion of transactional track record. Fund management experience includes U$250m real estate development fund for Asia and an RMB 250m Renewable Energy and Cleantech Fund. Core strengths included expertise and experience in challenging frontier markets like Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam.
Han Meng was active in developing infrastructure projects in Myanmar from 2012 including mandates from regional investors in power and energy and funding programs from UK DFID. Currently, active in Singapore, Vietnam and South Asia, Han Meng enjoys creating innovative financial solutions.

APaul is a highly respected executive in the Philippine power and energy sector, bringing more than 37 years of leadership and industry experience spanning conventional power, electric utilities, automation technologies, and renewable energy development.
He began his career with the National Power Corporation, where he spent 12 years developing extensive experience in the Philippine power industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across a number of companies involved in energy infrastructure, utility technologies, and systems integration. His expertise includes utility operations, SCADA and automation systems, system integration, maintenance and technical support, as well as the development and commercialization of energy infrastructure projects.
In recent years, Paul has played a significant role in advancing renewable energy development in the Philippines, particularly in utility-scale solar projects. As President of NKS Renewables Inc. and several affiliated solar project companies, he has been actively involved in originating, developing, and advancing renewable energy projects, working closely with project stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
